Snowboarders dress funny!
A river runs through it… (well, a creek anyway)
One of our very favorite shops, Christopher & Co. They carry a fabulous selection of vintage travel posters.
I *want* this one!

I love that town and that mountain and havn’t been there since the 1980s. I’m glad that you had a great vacation with both skiing and relaxing with a cup of tea.
Just beautiful.
Gosh, I thought this was our Whistler. Then I remembered we don’t have any snow (and we have the Olympics starting on the 12th). Looks like youi are having a super time!
How wonderful. Where do you stay? I’m leaving tomorrow for Powder Mountain Utah for 5 days of skiing and relaxing.

Congratulations! You have been awarded the Sunshine Award! You can pick it up at my blog here http://townandcountrymom.blogspot.com
Looks wonderful… and I *want* most definitely that gorgeous antler chandelier – can you pack it in your suitcase please?!!!
How cool are those posters!!
Love that antler chandelier. If I had a log cabin, I would want one just like it.
I love, love, love how snowboarders dress! I love their slope style and street style. But then, I am a competitive snowboarder’s mama, so it’s no surprise. Hate to tell you this, but snowboarders have a day of celebration every spring on which they make fun of skiers. It’s called Gaper Day. Google it. You don’t want to be anywhere near the mountain on Gaper Day.
The snow here has been so dismal this season; I’m sure you noticed that at Beaver Creek compared to years past. Bare, brown mountains in the distance. Same view in Aspen last week during the Winter X Games. Very depressing for those of us who live for white-out conditions.
I also will be queueing behind other commenters for a chance at the antler chandalier. It’s not real ones though is it? A faux-antler chandalier. Now that would be perfect.
