Jumping on the bandwagon, I present Chanel’s Particulière polish. It looks a bit darker en plein air. Toes only this time; maybe next time I’ll go with fingers too. It’s a bit of an odd color (sort of dark taupe with just a hint of lilac), but I’m liking it. I think.
In other breaking news, une femme is now a proud iphone owner. I’ll be driving everyone around me crazy for the next week as I marvel at all of the amazing things this little gadget can do. Slurps up a charge like a frat boy at a Friday night kegger, though.

I got mine! It’s probably the only bit of true Chanel that I’ll ever be able to afford (oh, that Comète pendant…). The color seems peculiar at first but I was surprised to note how well it works with a vast array of neutrals. Instant chic!
I have been to 4 stores and still no Particle. Where did you find it?

Yay for iPhones! I got a portable battery charger that fits around the phone – makes it a bit heavier, but not much, and WAY more convenient than a car charger.
My sister was playing with her IPhone in front of me this weekend and I admit to feeling envious — it might be making its way onto one of my lists . . . have fun with yours!
I like Iphones ( I want one too!) – but I will pass with the craze about that particular Chanel polish color. I have seen it in reality at the counter but then decided it is far too “muddy” for me, so I went with a nice spring-y apricot hue. Better for me.
I love Particuliere too. Found it at Neiman’s in Palo Alto. Love my iPhone but you are SO RIGHT about the charge. After years of Nokia and Moto it’s a slap in the face. Or, as you put much more amusingly, a frat boy at a keg.
An interesting color. Chanel has great colors, for eyes and lips as well. The color looks good on your toe nails! I don´t think that I could manage with the i-phone, am having already so much trouble searching after my phone from my bag. Good for you!

Mr. HB has had an I-phone since they came out and I swear he still is in love with it! The polish is very edgy, I am having a pedicure on Wednesday and the salon only has OPI but I might be able to find something similar…are you going to be wearing peep toe shoes today? or maybe going to Yoga? Enjoy the attention those toes will be applauded.
I hate my iPhone! So hard for email…and AT&T means most of my phone conversations go: “Hello? Hello? Hello?” until I realize I’m disconnected again.

I though maybe it was just my phone that ate up power! My brother, who knows such things, advises to turn off the wi-fi when not using it to help conserve power. I want to investigate Sal’s option, too. On the nail front, not sure about that color – doesn’t say Spring to me.

Love the Shazam app–lets you know what any song is (playing on the radio, in a store, on a commercial) and then lets you buy it! Magic!

Nice colour! For people looking for similar, I bought something which looks IDENTICAL to the photo of your toes, at the drugstore – a Sally Hansen colour called Commander in Chic. It’s what looks like a newish line called Complete Salon Manicure.
I did look at Particuliere in the Bay, but couldn’t stomach the price, for a polish.
