  1. Ha! When we were first married my husband bought me a journal made from recycled coffee filters. He said “It’s made of coffee, just like you!”

  2. For the past two years, coffee now trashes my digestive tract (enough said.) Have to go on and off it, and love the taste *so much*. Never was a mammoth drinker, just a breakfast latte. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any solution? (I’m not lactose intolerant. Have tried different beans.)

  3. Oh so true. But hopefully in this Utopia everyone has good coffee rather than crap coffee. Life is too short for anything less than a delicious well made cup.

  4. Only in the past few years have I acquired a taste for coffee. I always loved the smell. Now I truly love cafe mocha. The best of both worlds-chocolate and coffee.

  5. @Duchesse,
I was finding that with drip coffee and bought a Nespresso machine that uses the “pods” of coffee. Those don’t bother my stomach at all, and there’s a milk frother that you can get also – I love it!
