You will love it so much! I can’t wait until I retire or take another Research term so we can time our Paris visit for April again. Of course, the city’s always wonderful, as you know well, but we found it to be absolutely magical in April . . . And I see you’ll spend some time in Provence as well?

Ah, perfection! April in Paris. Your trip and the song. I must thank you so much for posting the Basie video, as it’s my Dad’s favorite band and I grew up with the music. Listening to it I sat here smiling, tapping my feet and snapping my fingers. I was fortunate enough to see Basie and his band many, many times. Thank you for making my day.
