Must be my lucky week…

I won the Shabby Apple skirt from Pam at Over50Feeling40!!!

I’ve already been mentally going through my closet to pick pieces to try styling with this skirt. And I’m thrilled, as the colors are right in my Light Summer color palette!

Thank you, Pam, and Shabby Apple!

Congrats! I look forward to seeing how you’ll style the skirt. Probably not with your leopard sweater, I’m guessing 😉

Looks like spring to me…I’d wear white with it. Perhaps a tank top and a white cashmere cardigan.
The addition for a chunky peridot necklace might be a fun splurge too.

It is lovely and summery – and I like Kathy’s suggestion of a white t-shirt and denim jacket, to go with

Very cute skirt – the print makes me quite happy.

I like Kathy’s idea too. or you could veer toward Lily Pulitzer land with a coral or pink cardi. I’d wear white or pink pearls. (Peridot often has too much yellow in it and I’d rather not do matchy.) Or some mixed beads. BTW Pearl Paradise has some great pearl specials on now for V-day!

I think I’d wear it with a white tee shirt and a washed out denim jacket.

Good for you! I like Kathy’s idea of a white tee and denim jacket. Or a tank as Hostess said. You will have fun playing around with it this spring – or maybe right now! We pretty much skipped the winter season here in California.

What a pretty skirt, I can’t wait to see what you decide to wear with it. I like a lot of the ideas mentioned above. What about a scarf?
