Seven sleeps…
I’ve been checking weather forecasts obsessively. This weekend I’ll put together my Polyvore on the Floor, and with any luck won’t need to make major revisions before we leave next Thursday.
Also, check back tomorrow for the announcement of the winner of the Shop Small, Love Big Karina Dress giveaway!

This looks like a terrific capsule, with the key ingredients in place, esp fabulous, comfortable shoes and some stunning jewelry. Take me with you!!!
I’m dying to get over to Paris but i think my next jaunt will be Cannes and Cap Ferrat in June for along weekend.
Have a wonderful trip!
Jalouse…
Looks like you are almost ready!
Exciting times…
my new Hermes scarf would fit into your capsule effortlessly 🙂
The weather here in Paris is crazy right now–sunny one moment, chilly and rainy the next. I hope it will be better when you’re here!
Love, love, love this short skirt. It’s a nice refreshing change from pants or long skirts and much cooler to wear as the weather warms up.
Sam
Love it all…would wear it myself!!
Last week was freezing there! But my capsule worked perfectly with that down coat topped by the trench. Stick in a cap just to be sure. And maybe some gloves. Or you can do what I did and swing by Richard Grand on Rue St. Honore and grab a new cashmere to keep toasty! Love that place.
Don’t forget to see the Marc Jacobs/Louis Vuitton exhibit at the Musee des Arts Decoratifs, right in the Louvre complex. It was so fun to see the whole history of the Vuitton toiles and trunk styles. Oh geez, and when you exhibit that show, there are two huge rooms full of amazing jewelry to go gaga over….You truly get the sense of how creative mankind is when you see this stuff and its splendor.
Sorry, meant to say that when you EXHIT the Marc Jacobs exhibit you will see two darkened rooms; that is where the jewels are.
Is this picture showing what you are taking along, or is it what you would wish to pack along?
A well selected collection, perfect.
However, I´d like to see something a ” bit ” unexpected along. Maybe you will find it from Paris : ).
Chic and stylish. Love your walking boots.
Love it and am going to copy it!…
Just want to find a stylish,light-weight,waterproof ( not water-resistant) raincoat for my travels.
You’re going to have so much fun! And you’ll obviously be well dressed when you’re enjoying Paris.
I’m starting to sort out my own capsule . . . we’ll be right on your heels.
I would wear every one of those items, but I adore grey. I can’t wait to see your Polyvore.
Oooh I am so excited!! Not long now. And also to see your polyvore on the floor too. And can I just say I could NOT stop laughing at your recent FB post !! Are you going to give us a few Dutch Masters of your own?? 😉 x
I love the day to evening boots! If I was going on this trip, I wouldn’t be able to sleep for the next week.
chic selections for your paris trip! mini skirt, tights and ankle boots are just perfect.
I finally realized “there ‘s an app for that “… creating ensembles online. I laughed at my delayed realization then proceeded to create an outfit. Now I want to go shopping.
This styling is just perfect – how very exciting for you xx

Too much black!
I love the idea of a quick day to night transition – but then, I am quite lazy! – am hoping to visit Paris again very soon. Have a fantastic trip!
Yeah, baby! Take those legs to France and let them weep with envy.
