A Note of Thanks

Flora

I’m a believer in the power of gratitude. Stopping to acknowledge our blessings and to say thank you isn’t only good manners, it helps create more positive energy in our lives.

So I’d like to take a moment to say thank you to….you.

Thank you to those of you who read une femme d’un certain âge regularly and comment, or even take the time to send lovely emails.

Thank you to those of you who read regularly and don’t comment.

Thank you to those who write such kind, complimentary and supportive comments.

Thank you to those who offer constructive criticism and feedback.

Thank you to those who write such wonderful blogs that inspire and make us think, and perhaps push us to expand our horizons.

Thank you to those of you with blogs who mention or link to this one.

Thank you to those who have taken time out of your busy schedules to meet up in person. It’s always felt like visiting with old and treasured friends.

Thank you to those who have taken the time to re-subscribe after the migration to WordPress.

Thank you to those who make this online community such a positive and supportive place.

I’m very grateful to all of you.

Stay in touch.

And thank you, to you. Une Femme was one of the first blogs I found and one that I still read on a regular basis. It was great to meet in person too, Susan, though far too brief – but I’m sure our paths will cross again (soon, I hope).

I am a lurker … I don’t think I’ve ever commented or emailed … but yours is one of the blogs I’m sure to check out just about every day, usually while I’m eating lunch at my desk at work. I don’t remember how I found you … but I AM a Paris aficionado, so that’s probably it…in any event, I love your posts, I think you are awesome, and I REALLY love your new “look” … your cut and color are mahvelous! Thank you, Pseu — I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your efforts!

Though I don’t comment quite as often as I once did (the little white rabbit scurrying about has nothing on me…), it is always such a pleasure to stop by and read and look…

    Merci à vous!

Thank you! I have recently discovered your blog and in less than a month you have inspired me to become a true blond and try tightlining. I am also petite and love seeing your outfits and style tips.

So sorry I didn’t chime in here. Turns out that when I converted to feed.ly I lost you. I realized I hadn’t seen anything lately and checked manually. Phew. Crisis averted. Following you again. And thanking you.
