How To Wear White Boots, Part 2
Before I purchased these white boots, I was worried that they might be hard to style. Mais non! I’ve been wearing them often, as they’re both comfortable and add an unexpected pop to a casual outfit. I wore this earlier in the week to run some errands.
After searching about for a replacement utility jacket earlier this year, I finally chose this one. It has a little more structure, and I like how I can pop and shape the collar (and it stays put). I’m wearing size X-Small. This style is offered up to size 3X. I love the color of the bag against the olive jacket, and the texture it adds.
This is the same French Kande necklace with the bee pendant I showed you on Tuesday. I’ve also been wearing this one almost daily, as it’s simple and lightweight. The length is perfect too!
See my earlier post Using Grey As A Wardrobe Neutral for another look featuring these white boots.
There’s still time (but not much!) to order the November “My Stylish French Box.” The theme will be “vive les fêtes!” (long live the holidays!) and one of the brand partnerships is Petrusse, a Bordeaux-based maker of scarves and shawls. The August cooking-themed box was a delight, and I can’t wait to see what Sharon has included in this one! Click HERE for subscription options (and don’t forget, these boxes make wonderful gifts). And be sure to check out Sharon’s lovely blog, “My French Country Home.”
How was your Halloween? We had hundreds of kids (and I do mean HUNDREDS) once again. We went through 600 pieces of candy by 8pm and had to turn out the lights. I think the numbers go up a little each year as more and more young families movie in. We love the kids and the costumes!
