  1. Oh I think we should have lunch in a cafe!
Love this ensemble….makes our foggy day today an appropriate time to wear these.

  2. I love this outfit! I am leaving for Paris in early October and will try and hunt down Isabel Marant’s Dicker Boot. Hopefully, they will not all be sold out!

  3. Love this. I’ve been reading style blogs in preparation for transitioning from freelance writer to English teacher. (“High school teacher” is a tough balance to strike: you need to look authoritative yet approachable, conservative yet au courant. As with the tech industry, there can be a bit of ageism in the education field — people sometimes believe that young teachers are enthusiastic and passionate, and that older ones are crabby and set in their ways. But I digress.) Anyway, your blog is my favorite. If I may, I have a question for you: if you could only own one gray asymmetric-hem long sweater, which would you pick?

    1. Hi Gloria, yes it’s a fine line to walk, isn’t it? Sweater…hmmm. I can’t answer that yet. There are a couple of styles I’d like to see in person. It’s sometimes hard to tell from viewing online whether the fabric and proportions will really work.

  4. Though the animal print – leopard – is forcing it´s way strongly this season, you managed to use it delicately here, +

  5. I love the picture and all of your choices. I can’t wait for fall and this is a perfect look for it. Have a great weekend!

  6. I’m always dreaming. Glad I’m not alone. I dream of having the long legs to rock this lovely outfit. But this fall, I’ll be happy with a pair of stylish ankle boots like the ones here.

    1. Suz, there are a lot of more affordable alternatives. I wouldn’t pay that for a scarf either. 😉 Check back later this week; I’ll be featuring some lovely scarves for fall.
