    I read this review but one thing I did not understand is this eating with hands thing being a ‘regression’. What is she referring to, in your view? Does she know that at least 1 billion people and probably some eat with their hands? Just wondering… Very weird.

  2. I believe for the French, it may be a bit of a regression, as there tends to be very little “finger food” in the more upscale eateries from what I understand.

  3. As long as it doesn’t lead to people grazing along the street, through shops, never sitting down at a table to drink coffee from a – gasp – cup!
