Foulard de la semaine

Above, the same plissé scarf from last week, but this time tied “le fleur” style for an evening at the symphony.

Bonus round: a smaller cotton scarf tied the same way.

  1. The second is, I think, the same Hermes cottom scarf I chose but in a different colourway.Looks great, cooler than silk, and ta-da, washable!

  2. Both scarves are very pretty tied this way. Is there a trick to the knot? The plissé’s looks calla lily-like. Lovely.

  3. Wow you are a master with scarves! I don´t use scarves, never felt comfy in one. The closest I can go is a pashmina which I use with a sleveless dress. Although I myself don´t like scarves,I have nothing against those who do, and actually most of those who wear scarves, wear them well.
