Limited Edition Cashmere-Silk Scarves for Every Season
If you’ve read une femme for any length of time, you’ve probably deduced that I’m a big fan of scarves. Not only do they keep your neck warm in the cooler months, but they can be a great way to add color and pattern to your outfits. And some even rise to the level of “wearable art.” Today, I’m delighted to help introduce a new collection from Black luxury accessories: a limited series of archive Liberty print cashmere-silk women’s scarves!
London heritage with a modern attitude
This collection has been a few months in the making. It started over the summer, when Toby from Black acquired some swatches from the Liberty of London archive. He asked if I’d like to collaborate on creating a collection, and I jumped at the chance. I love a good Liberty print for the colors and playful designs, and couldn’t wait to see the choices.

Since I was planning to visit London in September, we arranged to meet for tea to review and select the prints. We decided on The Palm Court in the Langham hotel, not far from the original Liberty of London store. If you’re looking for a nice spot for afternoon tea in London, I highly recommend this one. Just be sure to arrive with a good appetite!

We chose four Liberty archive patterns to start with: Floral, Paisley, Pineapple, and Peacock feather. To emphasize the vibrant colors and details, Black selected a section of each pattern and enlarged it to create a bold, dramatic, and modern look.
The finished scarves are even more beautiful in person than I’d imagined! AND, just for you, save 10% on this limited collection with code LIBERTY10.
The Liberty archive print collection
This is the Peacock Feather print. Isn’t it stunning?? These colors will work well for Winters and Blue Springs.
You can see how lightweight these beautiful cashmere-silk blend scarves are. They’re also quite soft and warm, so are a fantastic choice for travel and dressing up your casual outfits.
Here’s the Pineapple print. These colors are great for Springs and most Autumns.

(Soft Autumns, this one might work for some of you as well.)
And this bold Paisley print is wonderful with the Autumn palette. While paisley is a very traditional heritage print, it takes on a more vibrant “folkloric” vibe here.
For a limited time, get 10% off with code LIBERTY10. These Liberty print cashmere scarves make wonderful gifts for women, and are now available for pre-order and will ship on November 25. Shipping is fast and free on orders over £150.
Which of these scarves is your favorite?
How to Tie Your Scarves
Here’s a quick video I put together with three of my favorite easy ties that work so well for these scarves.

I love the bold prints on the scarves! Also, I rarely see you wear blue. The blue jeans and blue sweater is a classic. Compliments you beautifully!
Thanks, Judy! I’ve worn navy often in the past, and probably will again when I tire of brown (which hasn’t been widely available until recently).
Is there any chance you all might do these in a smaller size also? These are just too big for me; it’s an on-going problem with scarves these days! Square or oblong: just smaller?? thanks!
I’ll ask if they can offer some smaller sizes in future collections.
They’re beautiful – good job! I love Liberty of London prints.
Thanks so much, KSL!
“He asked if you’d like to collaborate on creating a collection”??? What an honour, what a recognition! Fabulous. The scarves are so beautiful. And yes I know you are a scarf fan. I have stopped buying them. Still tempted but it is nonsense for me. I am not a scarf woman. My style isn’t polished enough.
Greetje
Thanks, Greetje! I think your style is plenty polished. 😉 What I do with scarves, you do with unique jewelry.
Susan, I love your shoes in this post and other similar ones you’ve featured. Do you know of anything with a similar cut with a higher block heel? Perhaps 2 inches? When I search for ballet pumps, they’re not the same style.
Hi Marilyn, thanks! I think I’ve seen a few in passing. Here’s one https://bit.ly/3OnpAOe And I will keep my eyes open for more styles.
II absolutely love that the prints have been altered and enlarged, so gorgeous. Even though I am a Summer, they all speak to me. Good job.
Thanks so much, Diane!
That pineapple scarf is GORGEOUS!! Maybe that’s my fave because I am a Spring, too! They are all gorgeous!!
Thanks, Stacy! I’m partial to that one too… 😉
Beautiful scarves! Please, what is the background color on the peacock, is it navy or black? Hard to tell in the photos.
Thanks!
Thanks Carol! The background is what I’d consider a dark navy.
Beautiful colour combos, and a great idea to enlarge the Liberty prints!
I’m intrigued by the description of the Peacock scarf as suiting Winters and Blue Springs. What other colours outside the Spring range can suit a Blue Spring?
Hi Paula, thanks! It’s not that colors outside the Spring range suit a Blue Spring, but rather that the coolest colors within the palette are best. And some colors or patterns “in the wild” might be close enough to cross over seasons, as is the case with this scarf.
Thank you, Susan!
I’ve heard of Liberty Prints but never learned just what they are. These prints are gorgeous but don’t really show me what a Liberty Print is. How would I know if I’m seeing one or not? Thanks.
Hi Marin, thanks! Liberty prints are prints designed by and usually specific to Liberty of London (a department store and brand). They are usually based on nature or classic motifs.
