  1. Stunning! The coral beads! The fluorite hoops! Proving again that the vintage, at the Beladora level, is where to make such purchases.

My only “except” is that the 7mm black pearls will look best on a petite and or young woman. I like a larger pearl (8.5 mm and up) on a woman of average or taller size or, ah, profile. If you’ve been a Mom for awhile it’s time to fly up, and pearl prices are no longer prohibitive for good sizes. Or choose earrings.

  2. I really love Georgian gemstone collet necklaces, Anna Wintour owns them and wears them in stacks and they are gorgeous. I also like mid 1950s costume jewelry. I have to say I love love love the Missoni kilt on the foxy man in your previous post. Yowza, mama like! XO, Jill

  3. Hi Pseu,
Thank you for taking time from your vacation to write this fabulous post.
I love all of your choices and I know that my uber chic mother would be happy with any of them.
I would be happy with any of them as well…de ville children are you paying attention?

Enjoy the rest of you vacation!

  4. Quite a selection of jewelry. I´d like the amber bracelet, if the gold in it would be white gold.
    I like classic/ contemporary jewelry.

  5. How beautiful – love the diamond earrings too and what a generous offer from Beladora. S x

  6. I sure wouldn’t beat anyone with a stick for getting me one of those gifts! Just gorgeous, all, Susan.

It’s 80 degrees here in Indianapolis and I’m headed to the Hats Off luncheon today at our art museum for a much needed day off. Thinking of you and how I wish you were along for the ride!
