If you love animal prints, you’re in luck this fall, as they’re on-trend and the selection is good. But many leopard prints are naturally warm-toned, which doesn’t work with everyone’s coloring or preferences. Because many of you have asked, I’ve rounded up a few cool-toned leopard prints.
Leopard Plays It Cool…
Above: a lightweight wool-silk blend scarf goes Snow Leopard in this black-white-grey colorway.
And here’s the same scarf with some navy in the mix.
I spotted these fab smoking slippers in the store a couple of weeks ago, and it took every ounce of restraint not to bring them home with me.
If you have a wide foot, you should definitely give these a try. I tried on the Regular width and found they run wide. This grey-and-black ocelot print looks even better in person.
And if a sneaker-style shoe isn’t your thing, here’s a sleek skimmer in the same print. (Also offered in Wide widths!)
This hooded sweater is wool-free, and such a fun take on leopard print!
Leaning Luxe: this silk shirt is all you need to be party-ready.
The smallish leopard print on this jacket isn’t too in-your-face. While there appears to be a little bit of light brown in the print, the overall tone is cool.
As I’ve said before though, a little leopard print goes a long way. A clutch like this one definitely adds a “pop” to a simple look. And the mostly monochromatic color scheme would work with just about any colors in your wardrobe!
