  1. For a couple of years now, I almost always choose to wear a dress for anything other than the most casual everyday event. More and more, dresses are my choice for daytime errands as well. This may change if we do have winter this year in Dallas (Last year we had no winter.) I’m loving my Eileen Fisher dresses in viscose jersey. I have them in both black and gray. For me it is important to have the right proportion for my body–and that means below the knee (I’m 5/8″).

  2. In checking the link provided, I loved the black sheath dress with the long black/white scarf. It is my idea of dresses. I’m not so big on the brights and patterns. Maybe that is just the practical in me–knowing I will wear the solid blacks and grays for much longer and to many more places.

  3. I love this picture! What a great look…I will check out the site and make sure you enter my giveaway for a great pair of shoes!!!

  4. Thank you, Susan! I am so honoured that you chose my dress photo out of all the amazing ones featured by Sheila! Such lovely, lovely commenters you have over here too. 🙂

I adored your adventure-post – you are smashing in that polka-dot number!
