You bet! I wouldn’t miss it. I’ll e-mail you later today.
Just want to say how much I regret meeting you in Paris by 5 days! A la prochaine!
Oops, that’s “regret MISSING meeting you”.
duchesse – I know, I’m so bummed!
LBR – I was actually thinking about initiating an LA Francophile Blogger GTG. Maybe to go see the Ruby Slippers? What do you think?
I will also be in Paris at that time! Drop me an email if you’d like to meet up for a cafe au lait. audi at coastside dot net
Bless you! Go read about yourself on my blog.
i, too, would love to be meeting in paris, but NYC can do in a pinch. i’m in NYC at that time (well, *most* of the time, actually. i live here.) please email me — i work in midtown (we may have discussed this before) and enjoy going to places like the Algonquin (http://www.algonquinhotel.com/) or the Poetry Garden at the Library Hotel (http://www.libraryhotel.com/poetry-photos.html) for drinks. on the other hand, i brag that i will be in england from 9/24 – 10/6, seeing the lovely David Tennant in “Hamlet” AND in “Love’s Labours Lost”.
Le sigh! If only. But, I will meet you in L.A.:-)
I had a similar plan. Yet, many L.A. francophile bloggers are in Paris in Sept. and you are gone in October. Perhaps we should wait until you return from your adventures.
NYC is a possibility – I’ll get back to you. I haunt The Carlyle, The Flat Iron and Birdland.
bonnie ann – I can’t seem to find your e-mail address. If you want, e-mail me a pseub at sbcglobal dot net and we can look at schedules. Drinks at the Algonquin sounds divine!
