  1. It’s worth clicking to enlarge to see the texture. Beautiful fall palette!

Verfification word is sin gut… is Blogger trying to tell me something?

  2. Lovely fall colours — but tell me, did you like those candies when you were small or are they a more recent preference? I ask because those are the kind we use to try to trade off to little sisters! And without much success — those little girls were too smart!

  3. Duchesse – thank you! And that word verification is amusing.

materfamilias – thanks, and actually I’m one of those odd ducks who’s always loved candy corn. Usually I buy one bag every time this year and nibble until it’s gone, but this year I’m managing to resist the temptation…

dana – LOL, not at the same time, hopefully!

  4. Sher – thanks! Normally I don’t dress based on candy, but after I put this combo on, I noticed the resemblance.

tishjett – actually I just visited the colorist on Saturday, so my color is a bit more vibrant right now. Red fades so quickly, alas.

Lisa – I’m immune to the chocolates (because I’m spoiled when it comes to chocolate) but the candy corns do me in!

  5. LBR – thanks! This is a brighter combo than I’d normally wear altogether, but I had fun with it.

Bonjour Madame – thank you. I’ll bet you look lovely in more intense, saturated colors, though.

Lindy – thank you very much!

  6. Great colors on you, very nice. I never have Halloween candy in the house this early b/c I eat it all before the trick or treaters arrive.

  7. I love it! Inspiration from Candy Corn!!!! THAT is EXACTLY how it’s done. Pat yourself on the back for this!

  8. oh, that’s lovely. I so look forward to foulard de la semaine.

Your blog has inspired me to begin collecting and wearing scarves on a more regular basis…they add so much style to an outfit!
