Holiday gift ideas for women…✨
I like giving gifts that are practical and useful, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be fun too. This year especially, I’ve been looking for gifts that lift the spirits and spread some cheer.

These cashmere sweaters are soft and warm, and come in oodles of colors. Sizes XX-Small to 3X. I have a few of these and they’re really great everyday sweaters.

I am absolutely smitten with these new Green Amethyst pieces from Dean Davidson! Earrings | Necklace They’re light and simple enough to wear everyday but add a gorgeous finishing touch. (Both earrings and necklace are also available in Silver metal. And there are other gemstone colors too.)

These cashmere-silk blend scarves are so light and soft! I love mine in leopard print, but if florals are more her thing, this one is so pretty!

A silk eye mask is one of my travel essentials, but I also find myself using one more at home (like when the neighbors forget to turn off their outside floodlights 😬 ). This striped one is really fun. And silk pillowcases also make nice gifts!

This Hydrating Trio set of coconut-based products would make a nice stocking stuffer. It includes a body polish, facial spray and lip balm to help combat dry winter skin. (Cruelty-free, too.)

Wrapped up all warm and cozy…an oversized cashmere wrap is so nice for keeping the chill away. And it will be a great item to have on hand when we can travel again.

These cashmere-lined gloves keep hands warm and dry, and add some zhush to winter outfits.

For those who are allergic or sensitive to wool, here’s a ribbed recycled cotton beanie in a happy flamingo pink.

I love evergreen scented candles in the winter. This limited edition candle adds some holiday cheer. Though not as decorative, this le labo candle is also nice (and it’s made in the US).

Slippers, of course! These are made from recycled faux fur.

I love my Haflinger slippers. This pup sporting bright polka dots is just so darn cheerful!

Also smile-inducing: some fun, bright socks. These are a cotton blend. More styles and colors HERE.

Finally, if she has a good sense of humor, she might enjoy these “things could be worse” porcelain mugs from Calamityware.
Hi Susan. I’m trying to order the cashmere scarf for my mom. But I don’t know how much 63 pounds is and I tried ordering through PayPal and it didn’t work. I’ve not ordered anything from Great Britain before.

Hi Paula, according to my conversion chart, with current rates 63 pounds would be around $83. If you look at the upper left hand corner on the website, there’s a small widget that allows you to change the country and currency. You can set it to USD. Hope this helps!
Thanks so much! I finally got it.

Thanks for this bit of levity in an oh too serious world, Susan.
The “Things Could be Worse” mugs are the best thing I’ve seen in a while! Ordered a couple to brighten our kitchen and also for gifts. We also ordered the sea monster puzzle, which looks like it will keep us busy fr some time. Thanks for the great ideas!
Those mugs are awesome!
That Calamityware site is treasure trove of cool gifts. Thanks for the tip!

I just received the necklace from Dean & Davidson and a I love it! It’s a gift for my daughter-in-law and I think it’s perfect.
I have had good luck at echonewyork.com for gifts. Their classic touch gloves are lovely and perfect for Southern California winter evenings. I have given many as gifts and have a pair of my own.
Susan,
This is a fabulous gift guide! Thank you and Happy Holidays! I so enjoy your posts.
