Early Black Friday Deals: Reader Favorites & My Top Picks
Black Friday may still be days away, but several favorite brands and retailers have already rolled out early deals. It’s a great chance to snag savings while the selection is still strong. I’ve pulled together both my personal standouts and your most-clicked favorites. Many are already marked down impressively (and selling fast) so it’s worth grabbing them sooner rather than later.

I’ve been a fan of Ruti’s barrel-leg jeans for some time now, so when they invited me to try these Palazzo jeans (c/o), I was game. What I love about Ruti denim (especially the dark washes) is that it looks crisp, but has a good amount of stretch. (I’ve worn the barrel jeans for 11-hour flights in complete comfort, and stepped off the plane looking put-together.)
The team at my local store urged me to try this “Full of Drama” denim jacket (c/o) to pair with the jeans, and I loved it! It’s more interesting than a classic denim jacket, but just as versatile. Worn together, these pieces are polished enough for a Festive Casual look, and could be dressed down or worn separately. I find Ruti’s tops and jackets run a bit large, and the bottoms run slightly small in the waist. I’m wearing size 4 in the jacket and 8 Petite in the jeans.

The denim suiting is stunning on you! Your styling is perfection. And your legs look a mile long in those pants. As a taller triangle shape winter I am excited to see straighter leg jeans along with more green, burgundy and purple featured in the stores but I am always envious on your choices and mixtures of browns.

Just ordered the pleated Ruti top. It seems very versatile. I ordered the burgundy but am also tempted by the brown. Hmmm….
I like the jacket. The neckline is flattering. Can you button the jacket up and turn up the collar and then add a scarf if you’re wearing it as a light jacket?
Hi Rose, thanks! The jacket buttons up to just above the bustline, and the collar is soft, but yes, you could turn it up a bit.

Wow, the denim jacket! You look great in it which surprised me because if I only saw it on a hanger, I would think the collar would over-power a petite person, but not so!

Hi Tammy, thanks! For the Wanderweight coat, Autumns should consider Evening Forest, Champagne Shine, Rich Ginger Brown. For Blue Autumns, the Vintage Blue and Deep Sea Navy could work well too.
