I’d Be Remiss…
If I didn’t let you know that the fabulous Burberry raincoat I purchased earlier this year is now not only available in navy, but right this very moment is 20% off. It has a detachable hood and removable wool lining. The shape is very flattering too.

It´s good to read that you like your Burberry raincoat.
Believe it or not, people over here ( except those who have to be out when it rains ), seldom wear raincoats.
And yet it does rain in Finland too. We use umbrellas and run. Me too.
The Burberry coat looks nice.
Somehow, I do feel sad that nowadays Burberry coats are seldom anymore made in UK.
So many brands have their clothes made in cheap labor countries nowadays.
I miss the olden times, when the tag said: made in England.
I agree Mette. The coats are rarely made in the UK anymore. Quality has declined. I just searched and searched to find. Louis Vuitton bag that was still made in France. Its a shame.
Very nice piece! Like Mette, I rarely wear a proper raincoat – I use an umbrella and run : >
I love a proper raincoat…and rain hat. Loving navy right now too. Thanks!!
That is gorgeous! And Chloe and I do wear raincoats! We love them — something about getting in and out of cars and where does the umbrella go and getting drenched with rain when you put the umbrella away…. I haven’t quite figured it all out, even though it shouldn’t be so complicated! And we are huge Burberry fans!

I have a trendy raincoat that is very shapely and attractive, but when its a hard rain, the old big, long trench coats provide much better coverage and protection. An umbrella is good until it gets windy. It all depends on where you live.
Oh it’s lovely in navy.
Thinking of this as an investment piece -should I get the black , even though I crave navy? Anyone? Thoughts.
